Achievements:

  • Created new product development processes in the company that sped up new feature releases from 6 weeks to 14 days.
  • Introduced a feature rating process that shaped the product roadmap for the next 2 years with Top 3 priority improvements and developments.
  • Led a review of the technical architecture of the product, and introduced improvements that reduced downtime, the number of critical errors, and the cost of infrastructure.
  • Delivered monthly product update presentations to the Executive Board of the company.

As the first PM, I drove the product from an MVP to a scaleable solution, including:

  • Introduced a process for planning releases and managing feature prioritization.
  • Set up product development procedures, processes, and communication tools that collected, analyzed, and incorporated feedback from the customers, sales and marketing team, tech team.
  • Defined the roadmap of the company to go from MVP to a scalable solution.
  • Introduced UX/UI improvements by working with a team of remote designers.
